Field Engineer Development Program

You will be introduced to Schindler’s business processes in the first phase of the program. In the second phase, you will receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler’s latest products and technology and acquire technical skills, learning from ground up.

Upon successful completion of 24 months on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to become a technical expert or technical manager.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Electrical, Communication, Negotiation, Presentation, People Management, Problem Solver
• Willing to work in construction site & work at height
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
