PT Izi Data Indonesia has been operating in Indonesia for more than three years with licences from OJK.

We are specializing in helping our clients to manage their credit risk.

We integrate many types of alternative consumer data and we also provide professional credit scoring service.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand local P2P, Multi-Finance, and other financial products in Indonesia, and has keen product insight and judgment.
2. Analyze and tap the potential of data, and design the optimal solution that meets the different needs of customers.
3. During project implementation, monitor product quality, understand customer feedback, make reasonable analyses and judgments on product feedback data, and better conduct product iteration.
4. Manage and maintain customer relationships, pay attention to the latest trends of customers, solve customer daily problems, and coordinate resource allocation.
5. Strive to help customers achieve successful business growth within a certain period of time.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or other technical fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience at tech companies with robust track record in building or growing a business.
3. Has strong data abstraction and definition ability, strong logic ability, and strong data analysis ability;
4. Good at communication and expression, good at understanding customer needs, and can quickly make feedback.
5. Fluent in both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
6. Those with the following abilities are preferred:

• Has BD work experience and good at communication is preferred.
• Mandarin communication ability is a plus.

Salary will be adjusted according to the applicant's ability and experience
