RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for parts
• Managing the team members and delegating tasks to them. 
• Ensuring that all dealers are regularly serviced and inspected and are in good operational condition
• Make sure that there aren't any interruptions in service for any equipment
• Implement detail strategies to establish and achieve a parts sales strategy
• Experienced in establishing company parts business strategies (Mandatory)
• Product support experience (recommended)
• Determine product support strategy and KPI align with P&L plan
• Define proper plan and execution with close monitoring for the product support
• Ensure all KPI made by Headquarter are fulfilled

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years of working experience as a spare part and service manager or a similar role in Heavy Equipment (mining, construction, forestry) industry and OIL Lubricant Business. 
• Demonstrate good leadership skills. 
• Ability to maintain a positive working environment. 
• Outstanding sales and organizational skills. 
• Ability to offer exceptional customer service. 
• A keen eye for details for accuracy. 
• Ability to solve problems instantly. 
• Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.
