Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the Export and Import Procurement process from beginning to end runs properly and happened in the most cost-effective & most-efficient way.
• Managing Export and Import Procurement Activities and ensuring compliance with government laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Oversee the companys shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and customs administrations
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers/partners regarding prices, Services quality, and delivery times
• Analyze the market trend related to the Export & Import procurement process
• Empowering teams to provide continuous improvement for the Export and Import procurement process
• Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree from any major
• Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement and EXIM
• Good analytical, negotiation, & leadership skills
• Good knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and other supply chain aspect
• Fluent in English (added value)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred in the beauty industry
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and etc
