HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing company Sales & Marketing Strategies
• Coordinating and controlling Sales & Marketing department in order to support and improve performance in achieving company targets
• Work with management to identify and evaluate market
• Develop and implement an integrated business plan that includes key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure, and resource deployment, analyze financial and operating performance against plan and take corrective actions as necessary according to the annual business plan
• Lead the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of the staff team and marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business, Management or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of professional experiences in marketing high-rise building and five stars Hotels will be an advantage
• Target-oriented and have a strong drive in achieving the target
• Solid leadership and strong relationship building
• Initiative, proactive, and hard working
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and negotiation
• Should be willing to work with the sales target
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
