We are looking for Business Development who handles General Cargo, Project Logistics, and Contract Logistics.

General Responsibilities for Sales Representative

  1. Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  2. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  3. Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  4. Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  5. Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
  6. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  7. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  8. Meet and/or exceed target KPI.
  9. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  10. Work together with operation and other team – teamwork spirit.
  11. Identify any potential risk and know how to minimize the risk/claim/payment issue, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in logistics industry (freight forwarder).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (speaking and writing) and other foreign language is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Having own vehicle (car).
  • General Cargo: Excellent product knowledge in ocean freight, air freight, and customs clearance.
  • Project Logistics: Excellent product knowledge in heavy lift, barge, LCT, and special equipment
  • Project Logistics: Strong knowledge in Project Logistics market including up to date information about project market information nationwide, competitive landscape, customers profiling, and regulations.
  • Project Logistics: Good understanding of Customs Clearance formalities for example: Master List arrangement, arrangement of Special Import License, arrangement of Temporary Customs Storage area to be considered as a plus point.
  • Contract Logistics: Excellent product knowledge in contract logistics (general warehouse, bonded warehouse and fulfillment center).
  • Contract Logistics: Strong knowledge in warehouse solution design.
  • Contract Logistics: Having knowledge and able to create RFP & RFQ document.
