Job Description

Overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee relation.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with labor laws and regulations.
Managing employee relations and addressing workplace issues and concerns.
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Managing the office and facilities, including procurement, maintenance, and general affairs.
Mentoring and supervising HR and general affairs staff, and providing performance feedback and professional development opportunities.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings and maintain Director's agendas.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirement

Have at least 3 years of experience as a HR and/or GA Supervisor
Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related majors, proven with a good GPA (>3.00)
Have a good knowledge of industrial relations (UU Ketenagakerjaan), Peraturan Perusahaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan.
Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as HRIS application
Possess good attention to detail
Have a good work ethic, strong leadership and communication skills, and a good team player
