Lowongan Senior Marketing Executive - Property di PT Quanta Land Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for marketing & promotional materials in line with individual projects marketing plan and activities.
• Overall responsibility to include Performance Marketing, Digital and Social Media.
• Oversee the overall marketing functions and team activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Groups sales objectives and provide high levels of quality service to continuously position the Group as a market leader in property development.
• Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the projects market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans to meet the Groups expectations.
• Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking.
• Able to build, lead and motivate a team of marketing staff.
• To continuously build and promote developer brand name and is responsible in the branding exercise of the Group as well as for the individual projects within the Group.
• Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
• Able to work in fast-paced organization.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong and experience in Property Digital Marketing 
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills in building relationship regardless of internal or external.
• Able to handle tasks with minimum supervision.
• Independent, pleasant attitude, initiative and productive.
• Proficiency in ENGLISH.
