Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor degree S1 5+ years experience in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills English & Bahasa

• Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products
• Ability to build long-term trustful customer relationships
• Accurate in reporting and organising data

Responsibilities:

• Managing sales through the development of a business plan
• Set individual and team sales targets
• Track sales goals and report results
• Monitor sales team activity and performance
• Coordinating with marketing to bring in leads (lead generation)
• Developing the team through motivation, counselling, and knowledge of the product
• Promoting organizations and products
