Deskripsi Pekerjaan


You will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your role is to assist the Senior Operation Manager in developing a quality sales-driven team that delivers excellent customer service as well ensuring the profitability of the chain of COLDWEAR shops in Surabaya.  You are responsible for achieving sales target and staff development as well as ensuring the smooth daily operations of the chain of COLDWEAR shops in Surabaya, Indonesia.

This role is important because we need a team of result-oriented staff that delivers excellent customer service. Quality service and strong product knowledge of our staff are essential for our success.  This role is one of our important positions to build good quality selling staff to achieve the monthly sales target, and ensure the team works towards a common goal and purpose.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience in supervisory position (manager level is a advantage).
  • Excellent in organizing, supervisory, and leadership skill.
  • Possess business acumen skills.
  • Initiative, resourceful, loyal and a self-motivator.
  • Good in analysis, reporting and problem - solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Maximal age 36 Years Old.
  • Good Personality, eloquent and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and motivate a team of shop staff to achieve the sales targets set for the individual shops.
  • To oversee the smooth running of the chain of stores by ensuring the shop staff adhere to the SOPs to carry out the shop operation correctly and always in the same manner.
  • To train and develop a team of excellent front line staff who deliver the standard of customer service expected of the company.
  • To ensure sustainability of the company by meeting the annual growth rate set forth by the management.
