Lowongan Payroll Specialist di PT Penta Valent

Job Responsibility:

·      Maintain employee data such as absence, overtime, leave, etc

·      Ensure all the payroll process running timely and accurately

·      Handling income tax report, and its administration in related to staff income

·      Input and process report system SIPP, E-dabu and related BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

·      Assisting department head to prepared audit and actuary data

·      Handling reporting insentive salesman from Branch office

·      Review and release employee agreement for extend contract employee

·      Review and release employee letter (salary adjustment, promotion, reference letter, etc)

Job Requirement:        

·      Bachelor Degree From Human Resource Management/ Psychology/ Law/Finance/ Accounting/ Tax

·      Have 5 years or more of experience in Payroll & Compensation Benefit matters

·      Have good knowledge and strong of payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS and Industrial Relation

·      Proficient in calculating salaries, Pph21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan

·      Having a good skill in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
