Lowongan Videographer di PT The Labyrinth Collective

The Labyrinth Collective is a project located inside a 50ha newly developed destination in Pantai Nyanyi Tabanan (10 drive from Canggu area), its a place where we combine art and technology to create an immersive place. 

This new developed project will consists of The Labyrinth Studio, The Dome, Taman Tera, music studio, a theatre and exhibition area, wellness and spa experience, as well as its own park and plaza - We are seeking a skilled and creative videographer to join our team. The videographer will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video footage for various purposes, including marketing, advertising, events, and internal communications.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals, objectives, and requirements.

2. Plan, storyboard, and script video concepts and ideas in coordination with project briefs.

3. Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.

4. Capture high-quality video footage using different techniques, such as handheld, tripod, and drone shots.

5. Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during filming.

6. Edit and post-produce video content, including trimming footage, adding transitions, audio editing, color grading, and visual effects.

7. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the video content.

8. Select appropriate music tracks and sound effects to complement the visuals.

9. Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and effective video content that aligns with the brand's style and objectives.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new video technologies.

11. Manage video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

12. Maintain and organize video assets and files for easy retrieval and future use.

13. Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of video content.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven work experience as a videographer or a similar role.

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating videography and video editing skills.

4. Proficiency in operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.

5. Excellent knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

6. Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.

7. Understanding of videography techniques, including composition, framing, lighting, and audio capture.

8. Ability to storyboard and script video concepts effectively.

9. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency and quality throughout the editing process.

10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

12. Creativity and storytelling skills to translate concepts and ideas into compelling video content.

13. Knowledge of video optimization and best practices for different platforms and formats (e.g., social media, web, broadcast).

14. Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and learn new tools and techniques.

15. Strong organizational and file management skills.
