Lowongan Support Engineer (Smart Building) di PT Sinergy Informasi Pratama

PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions. Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position of: SMART BUILDING ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Advanced diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT / computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
• At least 3 years of working experience on similar field
• Obtained Huawei HCIA-Intelligent Vision or HCIA-intelligent Computing
• CCNA & HCIP-Intelligent Vision is a plus
• Experience in smart building, IOT experience is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project's Role : 
   • Design, implement, test and deploy application of intelligent camera, video cloud, video big data
   • Work with external auditor to evaluate security & safety of smart building
   • Mastering basic video surveillance, typical video surveillance network and security application
   • Provide management operation capabilities
   • Perform low level design for client with complex infrastructure that consists of : network, method and feature of smart building
   • Provide extensive technical support to ensure system performance, scalability and availability
   • Troubleshooting problem and error prior to or when it occurs and log all such incident in a timely manner with required level of detail and root cause analysis
2. Self Development's Role : 
   • Develop competency for smart building technology and /or intelligent vision (IP Camera and it features) 
   • Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
   • Ability to plan activities and project well in advance, and takes into account possible changing circumstances
   • Ability to work hard and put in longer hours when it is necessary
   • Ability to apply active listening techniques 
   • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
   • Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements and creating a positive client experience throughout the client's roadmap
   • Make training plan and achieve the training yearly
