In this role, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and optimizing test programs, and performing test program migration from the old test platform to the new one.

In your new role, you will:

• Responsible for developing test programs on any of the following platforms (V93K,      Microflex, ETS-88)
• Responsible for test migration to the new ATE test platform, high parallelism conversion    improvements, and test time optimization
• Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off (GR&R), test    correlation, and qualification
• Responsible for load board/DIB development activities such as schematic review,    component placement, layout approval
• Work with test engineers to solve complex test issues and implement cause corrective    actions
• Creation and documentation of test program releases and best-practice sharing with    fellow Test Engineers
• Provide technical support to production test issues (software &hardware) using data    analysis and test debugging skills
• Willingness to travel for short-term test engineering support within the Pacific and Europe

You are best equipped for this task if you have: 

• Master's / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in    Semiconductor testing and familiarity with Power & MixedSignal Automated Test        Equipment (ATE)
• Knowledgeable in developing device interface board (Loadboard) and have a strong    understanding of schematic diagrams and electronic components
• Experience developing production test solutions for mixed-signal ICsusing automated test    equipment (ATE) such as V93K, Microflex, ETS-88
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog    and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test production process and ability to drive test    improvement tasks (yield, test time, one)
• Hands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators,    oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
• Skilled in tools for production and quality control, issue resolution, and continuous    improvement, such as FMEA, DOE, 8D, Six Sigma, and other lean concepts
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and effective in defining and meeting    ambitious to stretched goals.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written communication, reporting, and presentation skills
