Lowongan IT Manager di PT Target Media Nusantara

Responsibilities

Responsible to achieve end to end IT architecture required to digitalize operation and support the business.

• Manage the overall strategy for IT within the company, develop and implement plan include the risk and security, operations, project activities and resources
• Develop high-level design on technology solution, by combining business requirement, user requirement and technical requirement and feasibility
• Monitor performance of IT system, implement recommendation for improving IT infrastructure, plan and manage budget allocation
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issue and conflicts 
• Manage and develop the IT team in accordance with company principles and processes, including developing optimal structures and clear accountabilities, maximizing employee performance, providing gap analysis, mentoring, and coaching. 

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Technology or computer science
• 4+ years of working experience in IT solutions, 1+ years in people management
• Working experience in IT Project and management
• Certification in ITILV3, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 is an advantage
• Firm knowledge on IT infrastructure and operation best practice
• Understanding in IT management policy and quality management policy to ensure process and procedures are designed to comply with law and industry best practice. 
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational and project management skill
