Lowongan Business Development Manager di PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo

Responsibility :

• For Product Development & Looking for Cooperation Channels including business ecosystem companies/vendors
• Responsible for all planning and implementation of product sales in terms of performance, product and traffic realization & revenue indicators
• Expansion and maintenance of the partnership business channel along with projecting and forecasting the business channel
• Coordinate with the company's internal departments to carry out follow-up work related to business development
• Create & Prepare business partnership contracts and their negotiations
• Conduct Market & Product research competitor analysis
• Able to make presentations to potential business partners
• Able to lead new projects along with planning, making the right financing products to be realized.
• Develop & create business timelines and business documentation and control their implementation.
• Understanding the company's needs related to business expansion & business improvement that must be realized based on the priority and urgency scale.

Qualifications:

• Advanced in English
• Maximum 35 years old
• Have a certificate in Banking (BSMR, etc)
• 2-3 years experience in Banking industry and have a experience in Fintech industry
• Able to operate intelligence business tools (Metabase)
• Expert using Excel and PPT
• Fast learning, good attitude, good understanding technical & Commercial Matters
• Strong sales & Customer Service Mind set
• Strong communication & Presentation skill
• Strong follow up skill & Target Driven
• Solid organizational timing & Time management skill
• Good knowledge CRM System
