Responsibilities: 

·   Responsible for project delivery as per schedule, resources and cost.

·   Deliver the project plan to scope, timescales and budget by tracking

all activities against plan and all actual costs against budget.

·   Develop Risks & Mitigation strategies.

·   Implementation of projects as per project implementation methodology.

·   Project Management and leadership, extensive team handling and

interaction with clients at senior levels. Oriented towards Service delivery

on a timely basis.

·   Engage and manage technical resources to deliver the project plan.

· Agree deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the

Delivery Manager via Weekly Status Reports and any other method in

place on the particular project.

·  Chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings, Customer Site Meetings

, attend Review Meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as

appropriate.

· Communicate with personnel and customers on a daily basis on the

progress of the projects.

·   Contact clients concerning project requirements / issues.

· Gathering information, analyzing business process, and design

specification.

·  Update management on the progress of the implementation project on

periodic basis.

·   Ensure ALL of project documents conform to standard.

Requirements :

·  Previous experience in Project Management in software Implementation

for at least 2-3 years

· Have solid background in Web Programming and SQL Server would be

great advantage

·   S1 degree from related background and reputable university

·   Having knowledge in IT Development Life Cycle,

·   English Literacy both oral & written

·   Extensive IT knowledge and technical background is an advantage

· Experience in quality control and team leadership, outgoing, excellent

communication, organizational and coordination skills
