As a Field Operation CPO Expert, you will be able to maximize yourself in conducting technical analysis and development related to the quality performance of CPO products. You will also make a major contribution to the development of laboratories in accordance with the following standard procedures, so as to create an increase in the quality of business services and you can always be relied on.

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as CPO Expert or similar position in the same industry field.
• Experienced in Agriculture preferably Crude Palm Oil area is required for this position.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good relationships with clients and proficiency in complaint handling.
• Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta.

 Responsibilities :

• Client relationship management and maintaining good communication, also responsible for any complaints.
• Assess and do the evaluation from the results of the data testing analysis (COA / ROA) and coordinate with laboratory teams.
• Create related strategies and practical solutions to finished related technical problems.
• Able to create an identification related to the surveyor training needs to increase team competencies/developments.
• Maintain and develop skills and qualifications needed
• Creating any reports related to the client's needs and/or projects (periodically).
