Lowongan ACCOUNTANT di PT Exclusive Networks Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Make sure that all vendor invoices and misc supplier invoices are complete and recorded on timely manner
• Prepare Payments in HSBCnet to vendor and misc supplier and staffs as per payment schedule (currently 10th and 25th each month)
• Preparation of vendor and supplier SOA reconciliations
• Liaising with internal parties, vendor and supplier on any issues during the AP process
• Checking all the staff claims on completeness and compliance with ENID policies
• Prepare all documentation required for FX Hedging to HSBC
• Working closely with Marketing managers to update MCCM and make sure all cost and revenue are booked correctly
• Generate/Create some reports for closing process (AP, Accrued Purchase, Stock in transit)
• Respond the regional finance team queries on AP related matters
• In charge for FA recording including demo and spare
• Perform bank reconciliations every month
• Acting as the guardian of Petty Cash
• Manage the filing for all of Finance Dept hardcopy files, and control all the filings records on third party sites
• Adhoc Task required 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• > 2 years’ experience working in Accounting and Finance
• Good knowledge of Ms Office ( Excel, Word etc.)
• Good with details, keen, able to work under pressure, proactive & working in team.
• Can communicate in English well
