Lowongan QC Marker (Garment) di PT Cut Make Trim

Job Describtion :

1. Ensure all clear details that received from admin/client

(worksheet, measurement details, and any special requests from client).

2. Check all needs for product such as fabric, print, ACC, are

correct before going to pattern, cut and sew.

3. Check pattern result: shape, function, measurement, cut

allowance are correct and follow requirement, for CD Sample.

4. Ensure cut panels are correct with the correct pattern and

fabric, color and point.

5. Double check finished garment after QC check, to ensure all details

are correct, construction, critical point of measurement, appearance,

workmanship.

6. Responsible to make decisions if the finished products Pass

or Fail.

7. Passed or Failed product will be monitored by Sample HOD

especially complicated style.

8. Conduct meeting with client with (online or offline) to

discuss technical things with MD as an intermediary.

9. Handover all approved samples to digitizer (manual pattern)

to get digitalized pattern, grading, and fixed tech-pack.

10. Lead the PP meeting before the bulk production process.

11. Final check all patterns and teck-pack before move to bulk

production process.

12. Photoshoot for finished sample before delivering and review

all constructions are set.
