What will you do:

1. Circulate Agreement, NDA, and BAST to be signed by related parties.
2. Invoice submission to the finance team, including collecting all supporting documents needed.
3. Request payment (incentive) for respondents and freelancers

What you will need:

1. Minimum High school or Diploma degree in the related field (Business major is preferable)
2. Minimum 1 year of work experience
3. Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
4. Self Starter, independent, detail-oriented, approachable, team player, and organized.
5. Customer-centric, always be the voice and advocate of the customers.
6. Having experience as a secretary is a plus
7. Having experience in a start-up company is a plus.
8. Willing to travel to process document signings and submissions.
9. Fast and constant learner.
10. Good in English both oral and written is a plus.
11. Having knowledge or experience in market research is a huge plus.
