- Performing technical administration roles for various aspects of the IT environment as determined from time to time (e.g. Network administration, Exchange/email administration, SAP problems, Email Application, Application Windows, VPN, Hardware).

- Support and work with IT Team Thailand for SAP, SAP BI Report, Sharepoint, Onedrive problems (T-code, error program, edit or add program and access level of user for access, Sharepoint problems, etc.) by request user.

- Assisting request user for changes access level folder sharing sharepoint/ onedrive, new email o365, resign user, login user, new/Resign SAP, reset user by Servicedesk.

- Performing monthly maintenance of IT equipment (E.g Printer, UPS, Switch, Door Access, Finger print, Notebook, Computer, IP Phone, CCTV, Internet, MPLS network, PABX).

- Assisting of Software & Hardware problems (E.g email , Indonesia Government Tax Application, Operating System, Laptop & PC Hardware, Server Warranty)

- Register and list SN for IT asset numbers for all IT equipment, Laptop, PC

- Creating and implementing IT procedures, IK, Form for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001

- Looking for recommendations and specifications of It Equipment as needed by request user  

- Provide instructions to new employees regarding the use of email applications, SAP / BPCS application passwords and users, User / email passwords, Placement of work data and sharing on onedrive/ share point, VPN user.

- Other duties may be assigned as required.

- Compliance with quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations
