Job Descriptions :
Requirement :
- Responsible to do end to end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with HR Head Office for all the Termination, Adoptions, Recruiting, Salary Payment & process, and indiscipline issue regarding to Employee obidience.
- Responsible for posting job advertisement, shortlist and providing the best candidates who is appropriate with user criteria.
- Complete and update the recruitment database (demand request and candidates statue).
- Responsible for coordinate with User and invited the candidates related the interview and psychological test schedule.
- Responsible for filling and checking the recruitment document.
- Handling "day to day" activities of HR.
- Recording all the employment contracts, and controlling for any expired contract and or extension contract, which is directed by Head Office in Jakarta.
- Make an improvement by accomplishing integrated data of the Employee Database/ Employee Historical.
- Maintaining External & Internal Communication and Coordination to create condusive atmosphere of work.
- Reporting to HR Manager, for all the issue related to HR, including to Recruitment/ Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and Development
Requirement :
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
- Candidate MUST at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- At least 1 year experience in Recruitment & other areas of HR.
- Experienced handle Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, and also comprehend PP No. 35 years 2021, especially for Industrial Relations issues, ability to counter critical issue regarding to Industrial Contract/ Status.
- Required skills : Psychological Testing, Administration, Job Posting, Industrial Relation, and Interpersonal Communication.
- Excellent oral and written skill in English.
- Highly proficient in Ms. Office.
- Willing to do overtime when needed.
- Ready to work with tight plans and targets.
- Able to join as soon as possible
