We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Executive to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Responsibilities:   

- Knowledge of competitors

- Proper prospect management

- Handling clients from Lead, to deal closing, KPR/A documents and billing-payments

- Following the SOP and system provided by Management

- Make daily and weekly reports

- Work 6 days/week, work on weekends and accompany customer visits, according to the schedule the customer wants

- Located at Marketing Gallery developer

- Demonstrate honesty and integrity developers

- Create your own consumer database, either through flyering, opentables, attending events and referrals.

Qualifications:

- Have a good experience in property sales is a plus, but not required

- Process oriented, able to follow the process well

- Good communication and easily mingle with consumers

- Negotiating skills

- Have an integrity and honesty, seek long-term development rather than short-term gain

- Self-manage and still fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
