Lowongan Mandarin Speaking Procurement Manager di PT Hdg Branding Technology

• Identify the material needs, find service providers who can supply goods, negotiate prices and arrange the purchase and delivery of goods with the time manner
• Preparation for purchase order and manage the timeline accordingly
• Responsible space planning, design, order entry and specification of interior and construction materials
• Coordinate with the Design Team and Project Manager
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, site engineers, and designers
• Set price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

Job Requirements:

• Have excellent communication & negotiation skill, internally and externally
• Experienced in China metric sourcing or Chia construction and interior manufacturers
• Direct delivery to local Indonesian and China sourcing plants and production areas (vendor contact holder)
• A person who can and negotiate the unit price along with the analysis
• Experienced as Procurement Team Leader
• Minimum 5 years experience in INTERIOR DESIGN is a MUST
• Strong market knowledge and experience in interior material (including signage)
• Fluent communication skill in English or Mandarin is a MUST
• Proficient in Korean Language will be an advantage
