Job Description :

• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk areas both internally, to subsidiaries, and to the parent company
• Implement, develop, and maintain auditing and best business practices in line with internal audit statements that apply both locally and internationally
• Manage resources and audit assignments
• Identify and mitigate all business and financial risks through the implementation and monitoring of effective controls
• Develop and implement and supervise Internal Audit plans both monthly and annually
• Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan
• Conduct ad hoc investigations of identified or reported risks
• Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
• Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or the Risk Committee
• Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

Requirement :

• Age : 25-35 Years
• Education : S1 Must Public University
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or financial management, and work experience as an internal auditor would be an advantage
• 3 years of work experience in banking or fintech as Internal Audit
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self starter with minimum supervision
