Legal & Compliance Officer,
Ensuring that all aspects of compliance and legal functions in the company's operational processes have been carried out in accordance with applicable governance and operational standards and in line with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) so as to increase efficiency, reduce the risk of non-compliance, and maintain the company's reputation with Partners, Customers, and Regulators.
Job description
- Assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance in managing all compliance issues with regulations applied to companies and groups.
- Prepare for each project related to new permits required with Bank Indonesia, OJK, or other relevant regulators.
- Ensuring that policies, procedures, and other regulations related to the implementation of the APU & PPT Program have been implemented effectively.
- Conduct up-to-date outreach related to new regulations issued, so as to assess and mitigate the impact on the company's operations,
- Coordinate actively with all cross-divisional stakeholders to drive the necessary changes so that every implementation of regulations and policies can be aligned with the company's vision;
- Ensuring all reporting obligations to regulators, both OJK, PPATK, and BI and other ad hoc reports can be submitted accurately and in a timely manner
- Carry out internal investigations and mitigation related to all legal and compliance risks.
Qualification
- Minimum undergraduate degree in the scope of Law, Finance, Banking Administration, multi-finance, or fintech.
- Experienced in Legal/compliance/risk management/audit functions in fintech or financial institutions, or has been a legal adviser in a law firm for at least 2 years.
- Have experience interacting with financial regulators (OJK, BI, PPATK, etc.)
- Having certification in the field of compliance and APU PPT is an added value
- Having knowledge about the characteristics of non-bank financial service products.
- Oriented to accuracy and have good analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize and deliver high-quality work.
- Independent with a strategic mindset, open to solving new problems and seeking new ideas.
- Have excellent Communication skills and Professional Ethics skills
- Mastering details and good business-level communication in English & Indonesian.
