Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in any major at reputable University (Management/Law/Psychology majors are preferred)
  2. Maximum 40 years old
  3. Have minimum 5 years of working experience in HR & GA area with 2 years as Manager level
  4. Able to operate Microsoft Office, Internet, and other applications that support work
  5. Fluent in English, both oral and written
  6. Good interpersonal & communicative skill as well as negotiation and decision working skills
  7. Excellent Leadership and management skill including planning, budgeting and supervising of staff
  8. Have responsibility and have a good disciplinary
  9. Have good interpersonal relationship, good analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and good decision maker
  10. Able to work together in a team and/or with other departments.
  11. Mastering the Job Creation Law, administration of BPJS Health & BPJS Employment
  12. Have knowledge and skills in terms of organizing and or carrying out HRD work such as counseling, employee administration, recruitment, payroll, legality

Job Descriptions :

  1. Organizing, developing, and evaluating Human Capital’s general concept (Human Resource Administration & General Affairs, Recruitment, Training, People & Organizational Development, Performance appraisal, and Compensation & Benefit).
  2. Conduct and lead regular review of organization structure, job analysis, and work-load analysis in order to ensure alignment to business objective and productivity.
  3. Lead and responsible to guide organizations KPI development and cascading it into individual KPI on annual basis.
  4. Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  5. Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  6. Able to design procedures and policies of work that support employees in a convenient workplace environment.
  7. Designing a development strategy for employees and organizations and a sustainable performance appraisal system.
  8. Ensure the daily activities are running well, and the policies also procedures are well implemented.
  9. Ensuring that salary for new employees is within the company budget and salary range.
  10. Ensure all screening of candidates, job posting, advertisement, interview session, negotiations, offering and new employee orientation program on-boarding are properly implemented within company
  11. Ensure all employee payment (Salary, Adjustment, Bonus, Loan, Claims, and Tax) are well recorded in HRIS and also Payroll Management System
  12. Create company outings, gathering, soft-skill trainings, and any other activities that are required internally to support a positive and motivated work environment.
