Job Description

• Lead and coordinate new project team
• Creating a master schedule, updating it on a regular basis, and reporting to management
• Communicate effectively with related or other departments in order to develop new samples
• Delivery sample control based on customer due date 
• Communicate with HQ Japan related to the upcoming new model and drawing
• Lead internal preparations for the new model's customer audit. 
• New part control and close coordination with suppliers for new part supply capability 
• Prepare a management report on the new model for mass production in collaboration with the quality department. 

Job Role

• Has the authority to communicate with Sales, suppliers, customers, and Headquarters Japan.
• Access to the worldwide drawing web
