Finance Assistant Manager

Responsible to manage complete Finance gamut- Accounting, Taxation, Reporting and Analysis, Audit-internal & external for Indonesia operations including compliance as per local laws.

Responsibilities :

• Understanding of regular VAT, PPH, PPN reports with local authorities.
• Liaise with Auditors, bankers, Insurer and other vendors and keep a control of overall cost of the business.
• Preparation & Reporting of monthly P&Ls and reports for store operations and overall business with flux analysis.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of Sales, margins, expenses, P&L, BS, cash flow.
• Coordination with the HQ, regarding monthly reporting and addressing day to day queries raised.
• Coordinating with the buying team and supply chain for imports documentation requirements.
• Exercise budgetary controls and carry out variance analysis of expenses and revenue.
• Coordinating with the buying team (Babyshop and Max Fashions) and supply chain for imports documentation requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, with max GPA 3,00
• Finance & Accounting from Fashion & Retail background is an advantage
• A&B Brevet certification
• Fluent both oral and written in Professional English
