Lowongan CMMS Maximo Engineer di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

1. Make sure CMMS MAXIMO system and server is sustainable utility operations in high level of availability and relialibility
2. Coordinate with IBM, IBM MAXIMO Business Partner, or other contractor to maintain CMMS MAXIMO system
3. Maintain CMMS MAXIMO System: software, hardware, licenses and database in periodically
4. Plan, undertake, review and report preventive & predictive maintenance works of CMMS MAXIMO System
5. Plan, undertake, review and report corrective maintenance works of CMMS MAXIMO System as requested by User
6. Plan, undertake, review and report any modification and configuration work of CMMS MAXIMO System
7. Monitor CMMS MAXIMO System health condition, anticipate failures and better plan maintenance procedures
8. Coordinate and give direction to CMMS MAXIMO Technician in order to achieve maintenance targets.
9. Propose and make Purchase Requisition of spare parts and consumables required at CMMS MAXIMO System
10. Generate monthly maintenance report of on CMMS MAXIMO System
11. Generate equipment / asset failure investigation report at CMMS System
12. Develop plant modification and improvement proposal at CMMS MAXIMO System
13. Establish procedure & instruction manual documents related to CMMS MAXIMO System
14. Maximo Certified Deployment Professional EAM v7 - Solid understanding of the Maximo applications, from both a technical and functional perspective and how it integrates with other systems
15. Working knowledge of work and maintenance management and best practices and processes
16. General knowledge of workflow processes, best practices and business processes relate to Computerized Maintenance Management System

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years working experience in CMMS Maximo Development
• Having experience in Maximo EAM implementation projects as a technical consultant and Project Engineer/Manager
• Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
