• Monitoring sales & stock
• Manage customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense.
• Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors.
• Account receivable management
• Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and Modern Trade channel plans execution.
• Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement.

 Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG company, handle Modern Trade / MT Local channel.
• Able to negotiation with outlet and buyer.
• Good relationship skill with internal and external contacts.
• Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Good with Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Power point)
• Good in English (oral and written)
