Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns in inspection services
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Offer support/information/completion of any strategic projects and business plans, working closely with operations teams.
• Gain an understanding of the potential marketplace and opportunities
• Prospect for potential new clients and identify the decision makers within the client organization
• Take initiative to actively ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging networks
• Travel as necessary to conduct market research, including meetings with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Present all services and enhance existing relationships
• Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Understand the companys goal and purpose so that will continually enhance the companys performance

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related fields (including but not limited to commodity inspection or cargo and marine survey services).
• Preferably working knowledge in inspection, fumigation, and pest management industry.
• Communication skills and networking ability.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
