Lowongan DESIGN & PLANNING MANAGER di PT Panahome Deltamas Indonesia

Job Responsibilities ;

1. Project handling both technical and administrative 
2. Producing output that is in accordance with Project objectives, Schedule specified, Budget limits are set 
3. Support and coordination with other Department
4. Run the project organization efficiently and effectively 
5. Work performance from SPK to the final handover of the project (Time of work, Fee and bills)
6. Monitor the work of the team that carries out: Schematic design / schematic design, Design development 
7. Supporting and coordination: Planning, Block Plan, PBG
8. Make a plan in terms of Project development

Requirement ;

1. Age max. 42 years old.
2. Graduate/Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field preferable in Real Estate/Developer Company 
4. Must be dependable and a self-starter; ability to work independently
5. Skills – Autocad, Sketchup, Networking, Good Communication Skill.
6. Proficiency in English both written & verbal
7. Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear concise instructions 
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Ability to follow job procedures.
10. Willing to work at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang.
