Sales Engineer for Separation Technology

Purpose of the Job:

• Assume overall sales, marketing and execution responsibility for Sulzer separation technology business and site services in Indonesia.
• Direct and control all sales and order execution activities.
• Office location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Market, promote and sell assigned Products and Services for Sulzer separation technology related business.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain cost budgets.
• Provide regular reporting on market, projects, market analysis and sales forecasts.
• Support client during turn-around to perform adjustments and solve problem with the supplied equipment.
• Review hardware list required for installation against the technical drawing.
• Any other duties that are assigned by superior.
• Interface with all departments within region on project related matter.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ Process/Static Equipment Sales or Project Management experience in Oil Refinery, Chemical, and/or Oleo-Chemical related Equipment supplier and/or Engineering.
• Experience in After Sales Market.
• A very strong customer service attitude and good negotiation skills.
• Can work well with Others in a Team.
• Good negotiation, planning, coordination & monitoring skills.
• Willing to travel extensively 70% within Indonesia. Traveling to other countries as and when needed.
• Microsoft skills, Turn Around Planner, CRM Tools.
• Basic knowledge on distillation.
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Local languages.
