Lowongan Financial Controller (Eastern Hotel Bojonegoro) di PT Gentamulia Infra

Our sister company, Eastern Hotel Bojonegoro is currently looking for Financial Controller to be part of the team.

Job Descriptions :

• Possesses overall responsibility for accounting department administration.
• Assists with implementing and maintaining appropriate financial controls in all departments as needed.
• Compiles, in conjunction with the General Manager and department heads, all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the hotel and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
• Takes a responsibility for credit card authorization procedures and systems.
• Reviews daily reports and income audit.
• Takes a responsibility for financial control systems.
• To perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances
• Verify that fixed assets are purchased according to the capital expenditure budget, that amounts are properly recorded and the fixed assets ledger completed.
• Maintain close communication with holding and to provide various necessary data and reports.
• Keep update with accounting/tax regulations of the region the hotel is located.
• Take responsibility for completing financial reports.
• Insures reporting of all sales and revenues.
• Minimizes investment in inventories.
• Minimizes outstanding receivables.
• To ensure that all tax matters are treated in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation.
• Follow up any tax changes and other legislation related with accounting/tax/finance.
• Performs timely profitability evaluations and audits of all departments.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree major of Accounting
• Having at least 5 years similar background experience, preferable from hospitality/hotel industry
• Willing to work at Bojonegoro, East Java
• Good communication skill, attention to detail
• Trustworthy, reliable
