Job responsibilities:

• Plan & Develop communication coverage to increase brand values
• Assessing the profitability of your product and improving on the current brand presence in the market
• Overseeing and working together with Design Team to develop successful communication tools
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales target and expand market share
• Building and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Supervise advertisements, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding, including brand guidelines, brand vision and brand awareness
• Communicate brand personality and company's foundational ideas to consumer
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including nutritionists, wellness experts, influencers, and industry professionals.

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the fields of marketing, communications and FMCG.
• Proven experience with a sound understanding of marketing and branding
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa
• Highly creative and able to translate ideas into results
• Strong understanding of wellness trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
