An exciting F&B venue in Berawa, Bali, owned by a Michelin star chef, is gearing up for its opening and is now seeking young and talented professionals to join us.

We invite highly experienced candidates to apply for this position. The successful candidates will be highly organized and professional, with excellent overall knowledge of Food & Beverage operations. They should be fully confident in bringing the following attributes to our company.

Qualifications

1. Professional Experience: 3+ years as sous chef level of culinary experience, including experience in luxury or high-end dining establishments.

2. Ability to create diverse and refined menus based on clients' preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.

3. Effective organization and time-management skills to coordinate multiple meals and events seamlessly.

4. Strong references from previous employers or establishments showcasing culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Source high-quality ingredients and oversee grocery shopping, ensuring freshness and excellence.

2. Prepare meals of the highest standard, paying meticulous attention to taste, presentation, and quality.

3. Oversee the villa kitchen, including cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of equipment.
