Job Description:

• Prepare a sales invoicing and local sales tax invoice
• Sending and monitoring sales invoice documents to customers
• Prepare a local sales invoice and a sales tax invoice
• Input the export sales invoice into the system
• Perform reconciliation between sales invoices and ledgers, account receivable cards with ledgers, and advance received
• Responsible for the forex revaluation process for account receivable balances in foreign currencies
• Make a letter of confirmation accounts receivable to the customer as well as reconciliation of the confirmation letter answers
• Check and input tax invoices in the e-SPT Tax system
• Prepare SPT Periodic and make an electronic deposit letter (SSE) for each update
• Make PPh-23/26 Include Evidence of cut, in the e-Bupot and PPh-Final applications and send these documents to vendors/suppliers
• Make SSE PPh-23/26, Final PPh, corporate PPh-25 and foreign staff
• Perform reconciliation process of Prepaid PPh 23, 25 with ledger, Pph 22 Import with ledger

Job Requirement:

• Age maximum 32 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position AR & all of Tax Administration A to Z.
• Have certificate a Tax Brevet A-B.
• Required Skill(s) : Tax laws, E-Invoice, Accurate system, finance, Unification, E-Nova, Microsoft AX
• Willing to be place at Depok, West Java
