• Searching for Customer Leads Target and maintain a good relationship with existing customer
• Creating Online Marketing Plan and Realizing it (weekly & monthly reports of performance marketing activity)
• Promoting Company's product and evaluate every campaign strategy and execution and then propose action plan on how to improve future performance.
• Advertising product from multiple social media(TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and many more)
• Good at soft selling and hard selling
• Researching Endorse / Online Marketing Affiliate
• Optimalizing SEO, SEM (ads and others)
• Measure and report the performances off all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
• Fresh Graduated are welcome
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing or similar role
• Excellent understanding of content and copywriting
• Familiar with B2C digital marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Search Console)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
