FINANCE – ACCOUNTING - TAX

Qualifications:

·       Candidate must possess at least Senior High School with Minimum working experience – at least 3 Years of the related field is required for this position,

Or Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s or master’s degree major in Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00 - at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·       Having experience in the IFCA System is an advantage or other building management system.

·       Having experience in Property Building Management is an advantage.

·       Strong understanding on journal and financial statement knowledge is a must.

·       Understand local tax regulations (Income Tax and Value Added Tax).

·       Able to work with all levels of management.

• Able to work under pressure, fast learner.

·       Good analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, problem solving, good communication skills and capable of working independently.

·       Have high responsibility, commitment, loyalty, and discipline in work.

·       Advance to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel).

Job Description:

·       Daily Input journal to system.

·       Handle petty cash and advance.

·       Checking invoices and supporting documents from vendor and user.

·       Prepare payment documents.

·       Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

·       Prepare weekly cash flow and projection.

·       Handle matters related to the bank account.

·       Accrue journal at end of the month/year.

• Able to recapitulate the PPH 21, PPH 23, PPN, PPH 4(2) etc. also the Tax reconciliation between general Ledger (GL).

·       Establish, maintain, and reconcile the general ledger (GL).

·       Prepare and provide data for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial statement closing and ensure the accuracy & correctness of financial report.

·       Responsible with Filing Finance Accounting documents (hardcopy & softcopy).
