Lowongan Quantity Surveyor / Estimator di PT Green Structure Industries

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Familiar with steel structures
• Able to read documents or drawings, calculate materials and matters related to internal and external project requirements.
• To take off quantity for tender and on-going projects
• Good experience in prepare and submit tender document 
• Updating and tracking of drawings to ensure timely information 
• Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents 
• Contracts administration such as valuation of variations 
• To prepare claim and submit in time 
• To follow up closely of quotation quoted 

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineer / related major 
• Minimum experience in the same field 2-3 years 
• English passive is preferable 
• Good ability on AUTO CAD, Microsoft Office and any related program
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Batam domiciled is priority
