Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust e-commerce strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on driving online revenue growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to attract and convert online customers.
• Enhance the online shopping experience through website optimization, customer journey improvements, and responsive customer service.
• Manage online inventory levels to maintain product availability, prevent stockouts, and optimize supply chain processes.
• Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor online sales performance, analyze customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors' strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce manager
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in e-commerce technology and tools.
• Familiarity with luxury and premium brand marketing is a plus.
