Job description

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. 

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen the brand's image, increase brand awaeness, and drive brand loyalty
• Overseeing all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, brand messaging, brand communication.
• Your Goal is to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing and communication channels and to create a strong emotional
• Connection between the brand and it's target audience 
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
• Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
• Monitor market and consumer trends
• Develop pricing and distribution strategies

Job Desc :

• Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and pofitability
• Researching and analyzing cunsomer behavior, market trends and competitor actuvity
• Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates
• Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
• Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values
• Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns
