Qualifications:

1. Must have min 2 years work experience focusing in KOL & Community building, preferably in developing new brands.
2. Must be constantly aware of influencers in young mothers category.

Responsibilities:

• Create KOL & community strategy to increase brand awareness and followers

• Survey, select, and expand KOL database for target market (include nano, micro, macro, mega, artist) on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

• Keep track of current viral or market trends and utilize related KOLs to generate awareness

• Maintain and expand current KOLs

• Track potential KOL for future use

• Create brief for KOL to achieve CPV target and provide report after posting

• Communicate and negotiate with KOLs from scouting, posting, and reporting process

• Plan and execute KOL strategies for campaigns, such as offline events, store visits, brand ambassadors, etc.

• Keep track of KOL budget and forecasting

• Create, expand, and maintain community through regular posting or activities

• Assist in executing community events, such as birth clubs, kulwap, webinars, offline events, etc.
