- Develop new formulation and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes or analytical methods respective to formula and component to R&D laboratory staff, and internal and external partners.
- Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements.
- Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each products development.
- Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab scale up.
- Maintain working knowledge of all stages of finished goods production and all pertinent documentation.
- Maintain adherence to cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practice), GLPs (Good Laboratory Practice) for the personal care industry.
- Lead and develop R&D team
- Carry out any additional assignments as directed by R&D Management.
Requirements:
- Have minimum 10 years experiences in Research & Development in Cosmetics industry preferably in skincare.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacist.
- Minimum 5 year's experience working experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership with interpersonal skills,
- Energetic to others
- Innovative, self-motivated.
- High mental/change/ people and result agility
- Very high commitment and owner to the project.
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
