Requirements:

1. Bachelor/Master's Degree from a reputable University.
2. Max 30 years old
3. Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
6. Superior presentation and negotiation skills
7. Proven achievement in building and running a new business model
8. Excellent interpersonal skill, fluent in English.
9. Previous experience in Top-Tier Management Consulting would be a strong plus

What will you do: 

1. Supporting the COO in delivering strategic multi-dimensional business.
2. Develop new initiatives to drive the business forward by performing strategic analysis, project planning and alignment of shareholders
3. Evaluate business opportunities, build financial models and execution plans
4. Oversees and follows-up with staff on the timely and quality execution of planned activities related to strategic projects and decisions taken by the COO Office.
5. Help streamline processes and identify the best way to use our resources to achieve goals
6. Review and analyze issues, cost, and other metrics; Identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize efficiency
7. Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of data (e.g. sales performance, operations performance, etc.)
8. Monitor and evaluate initiatives and team performance
