Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Main Responsibility
- Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately and in compliance with local laws.
- Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Perform payroll calculations including overtime, referrals, allowances and deductions, proration.
- Responsible for employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, and other personnel packages.
- Prepare payroll journal reports for Finance.
- Perform tax reporting in coordination with Finance.
- Reconcile BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan records and ensure correct payments.
- Ensure updated Payroll-specific records in HRIS.
- Assist in ad-hoc payroll-related matters such as answer employees questions, provide salary verification letters for employees upon requests.
- Minimum 2 years experience in coordinating the payroll process.
- Knowledgeable in local laws for payroll, taxation, and social security (BPJS).
- Knowledgeable in benefits administration.
- Strong Excel skills, numerical and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
