Lowongan MICE Operations - Bali Office - Contract 3 till 6 month di PT Destination Asia

JOB PURPOSE:

Assist MICE Account Manager to manage and oversee the Operations of the MICE Department and to ensure excellent service delivery to clients in Indonesia and ensure smooth running of the operation on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist MICE Account Manager for onsite management of Destination Asia's Operations team, Guides and Driver.L
• Learn and understand all MICE programs.
• Assist to manage and coordinate on-site service delivery and logistics with all business partners including guides and suppliers when events are operated as well as manage to ensure that the events run smoothly
• Manage & supervise Guides and Drivers responsible for customer satisfaction, problem and other related issues.
• Maintaining an overall service standard and quality control of vehicles, guides and tours.
• Assist to supervise all documents for Guides and Drivers, running schedules, parking plans, operating maps, etc.
• Assist to plan and manage confirmed proposals by coordinating and negotiating with suppliers within the budget without compromising the quality of products
• Ensure that facilities at hotels, venues and restaurants meet standards and quality required by DA Indonesia and customers
• Provide support and assistance in bidding for new businesses
