Today, We are seeking a Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you need to be an agile, self-motivated individual who can perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About Community Manager:

This position will be a critical role to plan, coordinate, and execute public relations campaigns aligned with company-wide objectives, budget management, and target tracking.

What you’ll do:

• Create, implement and manage communication strategies and action plans that align with the company’s vision and business objectives
• Build and grow communities to be a brand that people know of
• Serve as an effective filter for the various business units in helping to determine to Nuanu messages' credibility, defensibility, and news value.
• Create content such as press releases, thought leadership articles, messaging, executive media briefings, issue and crisis management strategies and tactics
• Build and maintain community of our media stakeholders (audience, media partner, communities, and client)
• Analyze metrics to determine the output and value of PR results and use the data as a critical planning tool
• Drive regular planning and alignment meetings with key stakeholders.
• Plan and develop the content and then optimize the path to conversion.
• Update market trend that relates to the category to gain insight on promotion program.

Minimum Basic Requirements:

• Portfolio with projects
• Having min. 5 years' experience in Community Manager/Marketing Communication
• Familiar in working around advertising, media, or related
• Strong knowledge in Branding, Content Marketing, Copywriting, Performance Marketing, and Brand Campaign Plan
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong network, have a good taste, and long presence in the marketing area
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred overseas graduates.
• Strong written and verbal in English and Bahasa communication skills
• Must be target oriented, working independent, committed with high degree of drive and have strong negotiation skills.
• Self motivated, Self drive , proactive, initiative and pleasant personality.
